DID NOT purchase Extended Warranty:
There is no longer a 1-year warranty (due to bankruptcy). All repairs are the responsibility of the customer to seek a repair provider and pay for those services.

DID purchase Extended Warranty:

APPLIANCES, TVs & smaller electronics

Under the Manufacturer Warranty period:
Contact the Manufacturer for repairs, even if Extended Warranty was purchased.

Beyond the Manufacturer Warranty AND purchased Extended Warranty:
Contact Customer Service by email at [email protected] for assistance. DO NOT seek an outside repair provider.
